I am ready to fall in love.
I am ready to find new things about my husband to give me butterflies.
I am ready to fall in love with the way I spend my dollars.
I am ready to fall in love with my willpower.
The elliptical is daunting, 1500 calories seems few, toys look tempting -but...now is the time. The present is here!
I made a very specific payment schedule and filled out a debt snowball. Now, on to a menu plan! If anyone (besides my loyal follower Leah) is actually reading this, pray I can plan a nutritious menu and actually stick with it!!
Until next time friends, breathe sweetly!

2010 Begins and a Journey to Freedom Starts
I rarely make resolutions for the upcoming year. I am sure that I did once upon a time. Most likely, I would make them with the grandest plans, and forget about them until 365 days later.
I have always been a planner and very goal oriented. This is interesting considering I am fairly chaotic and disorganized. I mostly relate it back to my OCD tendencies.
Well, I am 27. Almost 28 and I have decided that there is no time to change, like the present. So, here I am. I am on my way to freedom. Now, being a believer and truster of the God Almighty, I am "free". My soul has been paid for. Unfortunately, along the way, I have remained in sin. I have continued to pile things on top of that freedom to the place that I can scarcely enjoy it.
This is where my resolutions come in. This is where I begin to unveil my freedom for what it is meant to be.
I will be financially free.
I will be physically free.
I will pursue contentment so that later, I can become free of the things that stop me from walking completely in my purpose.
My resolutions:
1) I will race to debt free living and have an emergency fund.
Between us and our goal:
-35,122.95
2) I will make it to eating a whole foods diet.
3) By my 28th birthday I will clock 330 minutes of physical activity weekly.
This blog is to track my progress and keep me accountable. Why not?
